It will provide you with the list of overseas voters who were delisted by the Comelec last December but who are now eligible to vote in the May 2013 elections. The list will show the names of the voters and the places where they are posted. Please go through A to Z and find out the names of the voters in your cities/countries. Please contact them and ask them to inform the consulates where they are located that they were re-enfranchised by the Comelec's March 5 decision.

I wish to congratulate the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and its co-organizers, the Global Filipino Diaspora Council (GFDC), the US Pinoys for Good Governance (USP4GG) and Youth Leaders in the Diaspora (YouLeaD) for successfully convening the Second Global Summit of Filipinos in Diaspora.
MANILA, Philippines - Around 500 people including Filipinos overseas, government and non-government organizations attended the 2nd Global Summit of Filipinos in the Diaspora to share best practices and track progress of the past gatherings.
"Definitely the turnout is much, much bigger than the first Global Summit," said Secretary Imelda Nicolas, chairperson of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas.
